I started working here in Oct 2015 as an operative in production. Since then I have developed to become a team leader running one of the lines. I have had lots of training to develop further and am now pushing hard to become a supervisor. I feel the company looks after me well and I am treated fairly and respectfully. The pay is also good for the job I do.
I have been a production operative within the company for a few months and I really enjoy my work here. It is varied and you feel part of a team. I also like how the company gives us free food, free health surveys and even discounted bus fares and I have already gained a qualification in food safety through our training department.
