With longer days upon us and the sun starting to shine here in the UK, there’s a definite spring in our step. Easter is almost upon us and with a long weekend ahead, we’re planning to spend the time with friends and family.

Of course, this time means that with any gathering, we’ll be pulling out all the stops when it comes to the food we serve. From sharing platters to meals in the evening, there’s so much that we can put on the table and with an incredible amount of customisation with sides and serving suggestions.

Breakfast and brunch, for us, always signifies the opportunity to enjoy some great tasting bread. From a nutritious rye bread, sliced, toasted and served with yogurt and dried fruit to our tiger loaf, great for toasting and serving as soldiers with a runny boiled egg. We love easy food that tastes delicious and we especially like letting the flavours speak for themselves; so if you want to smother your bread in butter or keep it plain and simple – it’s up to you!

Who can resist a pastry for lunch? From traditional pasties filled with tender meat and vegetables to a classic sausage roll, these will please all the family. You’ll find no shortage of inspiration for this looking at our full range.

We’re going to treat our dinnertime Easter weekend guests to a delicious meal with zero hassle with our range of meals and sides. Using premium ingredients, our expert chefs create food that tastes homemade it’s so delicious –  our guests will never know they’re not! From a chilli con carne served with a slice of our ciabatta to a sweet potato and lentil curry, there’s so much for them to try! Our pasta, made on site, has been dubbed the ‘best outside Italy,’ so perhaps we’ll make our deliciously indulgent lasagne centre stage on the table.

Cookies, iced fingers and bakewell muffins are a favourite of ours and we’ll be serving them with coffees, hot chocolate or warm milk (for the little ones) for a true Easter treat!
